Playdate Party

Em and her girls came in town for a playdate party!  I think nine children ages 4 and under were in our house at one point.  I love catching up with Em.  She always gets me thinking about something whether it's our next run, her great new project, or spinach smoothies -- her energy and joy is contagious! 

Thanks to Emily for capturing a few pics.  It was totally controlled chaos.  

We played, lunched, and then headed to our favorite downtown spot for some frozen yogurt!

The blog's been quiet...

Thanks to many an afternoon nap due to this little one...

We are sooooo excited, surprised, and overjoyed to get to meet #3!

We had an ultrasound on Wednesday to determine the due date: 

February 1, 2012.

#3 was vaguely on our radar, but God picked the perfect time to get things rolling.

We're at 10 weeks, loving a nap and a snack, and doing great!!!

We told the kids Wednesday night, and Kirkley said,

"I'm gonna be a big sister again??"

She's been way excited, calling and telling everyone, determining the baby will share her room, 

wondering when my tummy will get big, talking to the baby, reading big sister books, etc.

Super precious.

Jay is oblivious, but we know his laid back self will be an awesome big bro.

Excited to add another one to our crew!

Fourth Fun

We had a great fourth filled with lake fun...

blueberry pickin...

cake eating...

and not a firework to be seen.  

Maybe next year for our sleepy crew!

First Camp Out

Kirkley had her first camp out Saturday night!

Her and Taylor were pumped and gave me their best fake smiles...

The daddies braved the adventure, and we popped in for just a few to grab some pics.

Everything was a hit with the girls...s'mores, sparklers, and just a little sleep!
