One Week

7:48 am -- officially one week old!

 So far so good.  The siblings love him -- K wants to help all the time!

She's loving this real life baby doll thing!

Jay doesn't pay too much attention to him except for giving him random kisses and letting me know when he's crying.

So far Mac sleeps better than the big kids, waking up only once each night.  

He's totally spoiling us, and we hope it lasts!!

Lots of discussion about who he's going to look like...we think he has K's coloring but J's features??

Can't wait to see as he grows.

At the rate he eats, we are soaking in this newborn stage.  

Jay exploded in size in his first few months, weighing almost 30 lbs by his first birthday.

This is such a fun time wondering what he will look like, who he will be, etc.

I love this post about praying scripture over your kids. 

These verses (and many more) would be precious to make into a stand up flip thing to put at the changing table, by the kitchen sink, etc.
